Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

This policy pertains to all publicly scheduled instructor lead online training programs.

A. Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

* Up to four (4) weeks in advance: 100%, less an administrative processing fee;

* Less than four (4) weeks in advance but up to five (5) business days prior: 25%, less and administrative processing fee; Alternatively registration can be moved to the same class offering on another date, but the administrative processing fee still applies.

* No refunds will be made for cancellations within five business days prior to the starting day of the program.

B. All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee.

C. No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program).

D. Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

E. If QueBIT needs to cancel the program, QueBIT may elect to offer transfer of registration to another program, provided such a program is scheduled and space is available.

F. If QueBIT determines that a participant must be removed from the workshop/conference for inappropriate or illegal conduct, QueBIT will provide no refund of workshop/conference funds.

G. Cancellations may be made only by email and must be received by the cancellation deadline. Please direct inquiries to info training@quebit.com.

This policy pertains to all monthly Modeler and Statistics seminar training programs.

A. Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

 * Up to one (1) week in advance: 100%, less an administrative processing fee;

* Less than one (1) week in advance but up to two (2) business days prior: 50%, less and administrative processing fee; Alternatively registration can be moved to a seminar another date, but the administrative processing fee still applies. The full amount can also be applied to a seminar subscription, and the administrative processing fee is waived.

* No refunds will be made for cancellations within two business days prior to the starting day of the program.

B. All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee.

C. No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a “No Show” is a person who registers for a program but who does not cancel registration or attend the program). A “No Show” can apply the full amount, without penalty or processing fee, to a seminar subscription as long as the request is made within 90 days of the event.

D. Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

E. If QueBIT needs to cancel the program, QueBIT may elect to offer transfer of registration to another program, provided such a program is scheduled and space is available.

F. If QueBIT determines that a participant must be removed from the workshop/conference for inappropriate or illegal conduct, QueBIT will provide no refund of workshop/conference funds.

G. Cancellations may be made only by email and must be received by the cancellation deadline. Please direct inquiries to info training@quebit.com .

This policy pertains to all seminar subscribers.

A. Cancellations and Refunds will be granted according to the following schedule: o Within 48 hours of receiving LMS access: 100%, less an administrative processing fee; 

* Less than one (1) week after the first subscriber live event: 90%, less and administrative processing fee; o Cancellations after one (1) after the first subscriber live event but before six (6) months of the subscription period has elapsed will result on a refund based upon the number of events remaining in the subscription program. 5% of the subscription fee will be returned for each remaining month of the subscription;

* No refund will be given after six (6) months of the subscription period has elapsed.

B. All refunds will incur a 10% administrative processing fee.

C. Refunds will be processed as they are received or after the conclusion of the program, depending on the program date and when cancellation occurs. Refunds may take up to five to seven business days to process.

D. If QueBIT needs to cancel the program, QueBIT will offer a pro rata refund for unused months in the subscription.

F. If QueBIT determines that a participant must be removed from the workshop/conference for inappropriate or illegal conduct, QueBIT reserves the right to deny access to the subscriber archive materials and cancel subscription with no refund.

G. Cancellations may be made only by email and must be received by the cancellation deadline. Please direct inquiries to info training@quebit.com .

This policy pertains to all Self-Paced/Computer Led Courses

There will be no cancellations/refunds offered after user has accessed the Learning Management System
